Citicoline, cytidine nucleotides, CDP-Choline
CDP-Choline is a brain reconstituting phospholipid, which has a protective action on the brain, as stimulates its phospholipid production and reduces its free fatty acids levels. It stimulates high choline concentrations in the body and is able to convert itself to uridine. This supplement is used to prevent or treat aging-associated memory or cognition deficiencies.

What are CDP-Choline benefits?
Citicoline, also known as cytidine-choline diphosphate (CDP-choline) is a nootropic. It is a naturally occurring brain chemical. It has been used for several years outside the United States to treat cerebrovascular disorders (those affecting the blood in the brain), including stroke, and has been studied for use in cognitive impairments and dementia. Because of its importance in maintaining good memory, its supplementation has been gaining supporters from all over the world. Check out the test on our website and find out how to take care of your brain health too.

Memory Enhancer
Memory lapses are common, after all, who has never forgotten a name or address? In an age of information bombardment, our brain filters what is or is not important to be stored. With these filters, we have the long and short-term memory, in which our brain divides what will be used frequently and what will not be recurrent, like a computer HD. The first happens to many people and is about forgetting common information such as telephone numbers, while the second reflects the loss of memory of moments in life or names of children. However, for these lapses not to become frequent it is important that there is a preventive care with the memory, thus it is possible to avoid greater damage to the cognitive health of this area.
